Siberian Federal District (Russian: Сиби́рский федера́льный о́круг, Sibirsky federalny okrug) is one of the eight federal districts of Russia. Its population was 19,254,300 (72% urban) according to the 2010 Census, living on an area of 5,114,800 square kilometers (1,974,800 sq mi). The current Presidential Envoy to Siberian Federal District is Viktor Tolokonsky.
